My Journey
I live in Ukraine. I was born in Lolyn village, Ivano-Frankivskyi region. Now I have been working in Lviv in recent years. I first started painting at the age of 4, and later this hobby and hobby became my main job. I studied at Dolyna art scholl (2002-2004) and then I studied book graphic, animation and illustration in Ukrainian Academy of Printing. (2004-2009)
I started drawing comics when I was 8. It used to be different stories: from the action to sci-fi. But eventually sci-fi and space stuff became my favorite subject. Then I tried myself in horror and dark fantasy. I love working with colored pencils but I actively use a graphics tablet and such software as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as well. I also make animated videos in Adobe Animate sometimes.
I’m inspired by a variety of life situations, personal experiences and observations. I value originality and originality, and I strive for it in creativity and work. As for interests, I wonder science fiction, science in general. I create comics in the genre of science fiction and horror and publish them. Since 2015, I have participated with my comic books in thematic festivals such as Kyiv Comic Con, Book Arsenal and Publishers Forum. In July 2017 and 2018, I attended in the world’s largest festival of popular culture Comic Con International in San Diego, USA. This was the first time that Ukrainian comics were presented at this event.
In 2019 my graphic novel “Bane” (“Мор”) was published in Polish in Poland.
I have experience working with projects from around the world: USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, South Africa, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and many others. I am always happy to collaborate with interesting people on various creative projects.
